This one week camp will combine English skills with aerial circus arts. Children age 6-11 can practice basic English vocabulary with books, songs, games and other creative activities. We will also explore different movements using many circus arts, including aerial silks, sling, trapeze and hoop. Every day will also include a walk to the park for some time outside.

What you need to bring:
- Training gear: long leggings and a T-shirt (no zippers!)
- Crayons and coloured pencils
- Glue
- Scissors
- A water bottle (no glass)
- A snack for lunch

Teachers:
Jen will lead the English lessons. She is an English lecturer at Johannes Kepler University. She has a PhD in education with a focus on language learning. She has over 20 years experience teaching students of all ages to communicate better. Jen started aerial circus in Chicago (her hometown) around 15 years ago, and she’s excited to combine her passions (circus and language learning) to help your kids this summer to improve their language skills while trying out a new sport.
Evelyn and Sonja will lead the aerial classes. They are part of Sportunion- Aerial Infinity, and they teach aerial classes for kids, teens and adults in the studio in Linz every week. They are both certified aerial instructors and have many years of experience in this field. Evelyn is also a certified group fitness and dance instructor, has worked in gyms for many years. She also works as an English and Spanish teacher in a high school in Linz. Lea will support us the whole week. She is a student at a high school with a focus on sports and has been training in gymnastics and aerial silks since the age of 10. She is a certified aerial instructor and co-teaches in our kids' courses at Aerial Infinity.

- Prepositions, body parts and movement verbs
- Clothes
- Animals
- Food
- Days of the week
Daily Schedule:
- Each day includes a fruit break, provided by the camp, at 10:00 and, if the weather is fine, an outdoor activity e.g. a walk to the lake or some playground fun. The English and aerial skills of the day will be taught in alternating sessions and will incorporate the vocabulary words as well as the aerial skill (silk, Sling, Hoop, Trapeze) of the day. The daily parent pick up is at 14:00.
